Welcome to FutureSelf,

I have been working in the coaching industry for thirty - two years and it has been a pleasure to watch those whom I have coached and mentored grow and develop. 

I am registered with the EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) and hold the MPC (Master Performance Coach Qualification) which is the highest coaching qualification in the UK tennis industry.

More recently I have been selected to sit on the LTA (Lawn Tennis Association) National Mentoring Panel and I am Berkshire LTA's Coach / Mentor for the County.

In my work as a professional sports coach travelling and working with tennis coaches, building coaching teams and running my own company for ten years, it has provided great insight into the different ways in which people react to situations. Working with these people and remaining curious about their thoughts, feelings and their awareness has helped me develop and shape my own individual approach to coaching and mentoring people.

Although from a sports coaching background, I have also worked with a wide range of clients in Healthcare, Wellness, Engineering, Graphic Design as well as Data and IT sectors on a range of topics such as career development, change, leadership, marketing and confidence.
