Five x 1 hour on or off court mentoring sessions to support your coaching practice - Topics could include:

• Business growth
• Programme strategy
• Leadership & Management
• Communication
• Tecnical & Tactical Coaching
• Mental training
• Athlete packages through our affiliated partners

Berkshire LTA will support a third of the package in return for providing some assistance with either:

• Berkshire FUN days
• The Berkshire LTA Junior County Closed

If you are interested in the  Mentoring Package, your club may wish to support you for the remaining third, the benefits to your club are:

• You (Coach) are maintaing your CPD and will receive 1 CPD LTA Accreditation point for each hour of Mentoring*
• Potential business growth
• Membership growth
• Higher levels of Coach motivation

Can I obtain CPD Credits?

On successful reflection, mentees will receive 1 CPD Credit per hour of mentoring they undertake with FutureSelf
